Great experience with Marco. He pretty much did all the work for me, all I had to do was sign the title of the car and put it in the glove box! We arranged that my totaled car be picked up while I was at work, because there was no way for me to get around it without taking time off. The tow truck driver checked in with me before and after pickup. Overall a painless experience. No more dmv delinquent registration mail!
