Use the online form to enter the car information or give us a call and we can go through it with you. This helps us determine the amount to offer for your car, truck, SUV or van. The VIN number is optional but provides us with more information to determine the proper price. Further information regarding car condition and legal documentation helps us determine how we will be able to remove the car and further defines the offer price and service availability. Please be as accurate as possible in your description.
Get the offer and consider it
Once we receive your car information, we will get in touch with you shortly to make you an offer for your junk car. You are not obligated to accept the offer or utilize our service at that point. Accepting the offer when we contact you will allow for quickest pick up service but if you need time to mull it over feel free. We'll keep your information in the system for two weeks so if you decide to use us give us a call and let us know.
Accept our offer and arrange for removal
Once our offer is accepted by you, it is time to arrange for removal. One of our car removal specialists will contact you and schedule a time that's convenient to you and gather some pertinent information. Please ensure you have all the proper documentation. We will let you know what you need to have before your car is towed. It is not always necessary for you to be present as you can leave the documentation in an agreed upon place and receive a check based payment by mail.
Final removal and getting paid
You will receive the previously agreed upon payment in cash as your car is removed or a check can be mailed to you after removal if you prefer or can not be there to accept the payment at time of towing.
